DL E&C and Saline Water Conversion Corporation memorandum on SMRs for desalination

On 22 October 2023 South Korea's DL E&C and Saudi Arabia's Saline Water Conversion Corporation signed a memorandum, reported by the Korea Economic Daily, to explore using SMRs in desalination plants and to research SMR-based hydrogen and ammonia production. No design, plant or site is named.
