Programmes and agreements

SMR plans, agreements, studies and government programmes that are not (yet) a single deployment project. They are listed separately and are never counted as projects or reactors.

Each record names its participants and their roles, the designs its sources name, the scale as the sources state it, and what the record is not (for example no order, no site or no licence). A programme that concerns several countries is listed once. Deployment projects are in the project directory; this list is not a census: see Coverage and gaps.
