Idaho Executive Order 2021-02: Leadership in Nuclear Energy Commission

On 26 January 2021 Governor Brad Little signed Executive Order 2021-02 continuing the Leadership in Nuclear Energy Commission as an advisory body. The order does not approve or fund a reactor. The later 2025 task-force order does not, in its own text, rescind this one.

Not approved or still pending

Executive Order 2025-06 does not say that it rescinds this order. No commission report or appropriation was opened. No Idaho project is linked.
