Legal and geographic scope

Enrolled act repealing West Virginia Code §§16-27A-1 and 16-27A-2, the article whose heading is a ban on construction of nuclear power plants. Current official code pages opened the same day display both section bodies as repealed and still show that article heading. The repeal is not a certificate, siting approval, or license for any reactor, and the act states no small-modular-reactor definition.

Not approved or still pending

No replacement construction or siting statute was opened. The current code still titles the article as a ban even though both section bodies say repealed. No reactor approval is granted. No West Virginia site is tracked in this dataset.
