Blue Bird Energy and SGE letter of intent for a joint venture to build up to six BWRX-300s in Bulgaria
On 22 December 2025 Bulgarian company Blue Bird Energy and SGE announced a letter of intent to form a joint venture aimed at building a fleet of up to six BWRX-300 SMRs in Bulgaria, for industry, data centres and district heating. The joint venture would still have to select sites.
