Alva and Steady Energy one-year pre-study of nuclear district heating for Jyväskylä
On 19 May 2026 Alva, Jyväskylä's municipal energy utility, and Steady Energy signed a letter of intent for a year-long pre-study of SMR district heating, covering regulation, locations, zoning, technology and costs. Alva states that it is not making an investment decision at this stage.
