Blykalla–evroc–Studsvik nuclear-powered data-centre feasibility memorandum

In October 2025 Blykalla, evroc and Studsvik signed a memorandum to assess commercial and technical co-location of data centres and SEALER reactors at Studsvik’s existing nuclear site in Nyköping. Work includes municipal and landowner engagement and considering a future PPA structure. The release planned a steering committee and later partnership negotiations. Their completion is not established. Studsvik’s existing site licence does not authorize a new Blykalla reactor. No unit count or capacity is committed.

Not a deployment project. SMR plans, agreements, studies and government programmes that are not (yet) a single deployment project. They are listed separately and are never counted as projects or reactors.
