Natura and Quadrant prospective commercial-reactor HALEU framework

Natura reported an agreement naming it as a prospective HALEU recipient from Quadrant for its commercial reactor systems. The companies intended to establish a long-term offtake framework. The release does not disclose a Natura allocation, delivery, firm long-term offtake order or MSR-1 fuel assignment. QNI's stated annual production capacity belongs to its planned facility, not to Natura.
