Terra Innovatum and Uvation letter of intent for a SOLO microreactor pilot for data centres (2025)

Terra Innovatum signed a letter of intent with US technology company Uvation in November 2025 for a 1 MWe SOLO pilot programme, with a strategic option to scale to 100 MWe for Uvation's AI and data-centre infrastructure. Uvation called the pilot a first step that could extend across multiple sites. No site, order or licence application is named.
