The environmental impact assessment covers a plant of at most 150 MW thermal with up to four district-heating reactors at Hepomäki or Sorsasalo; the ministry's statement was issued in July 2026. Technology is to be chosen later (Steady Energy has a pre-planning agreement). No electricity output.
