GREM
NIKIET’s 2011 chapter describes GREM as a transportable fast gas-cooled nuclear installation for electricity and heat, with the reactor, shielding and heat equipment carried together on one trailer and balance-of-plant equipment on others. The complete transported nuclear installation and proposed serial manufacture support SMRMap inclusion. The chapter gives installation ratings of 1 MWe and 2.6 MWth; these are not stored as module ratings. The coolant gas is not identified in the reviewed chapter. The source names GREM, not MTSPNR, so that identity relationship remains unconfirmed. This historical concept does not establish current development, a deployment or a regulatory permission.
