Nuclear Fuel Services selection for DOE HALEU deconversion IDIQ
On 8 October 2024 BWXT reported that Nuclear Fuel Services was selected for DOE HALEU deconversion services under an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract. The $2 million minimum ordering guarantee is not a funded task order or proof of cash received. Future orders are competed among awardees. Deconversion is not enrichment or an operating fuel plant.
