Natura Resources and NGL Water Solutions Permian agreement on MSR-100 power and produced-water treatment (Texas)

Natura Resources signed an agreement with NGL Water Solutions Permian, a subsidiary of NGL Energy Partners, to pursue opportunities to combine Natura's 100-megawatt molten salt reactor with thermal desalination for power production and oil and gas produced-water treatment in the Permian Basin. It is an agreement to seek and evaluate opportunities, not an order, site selection or permit.
