Natura acquisition of Shepherd Power and commercialization agreement with NOV

On 10 December 2025 Natura reported acquiring Shepherd Power from NOV and signing a commercialization agreement with NOV. The intended market includes data centres and industrial applications. NOV becoming an investor is prospective. Neither delivered funds nor a named customer, reactor site or reactor order is established.
