TerraPower–nVision Natrium development framework

TerraPower and nVision Energy announced an agreement to develop a repeatable model for Natrium reactor and energy-storage projects across the United States, combining reactor technology with nVision's project-development and financing work. The announcement commits no units, customer purchase, selected site or licence application.

Not a deployment project. SMR plans, agreements, studies and government programmes that are not (yet) a single deployment project. They are listed separately and are never counted as projects or reactors.
