CGN’s HuaPeng-1 heating-reactor concept is described by HuaPeng Technology’s technical manager as an optimized development of Tsinghua’s NHR200-II. His November 2025 conference account describes an integral natural-circulation water reactor suited to modular manufacture and factory assembly. The original NHR200-II catalogue profile remains separate; ratings are not inherited from it. The associated Huizhou demonstration is in preparation, without construction or operating permission established here.
