BWXT Canada and Westinghouse AP300/AP1000 component-manufacturing memorandum

BWXT Canada and Westinghouse signed a memorandum on 12 December 2024 covering potential AP300 and AP1000 component manufacture in Canada and globally. Prospective work includes vessels, steam generators and heat exchangers. Definitive manufacturing agreements remain necessary. No component order, selected reactor site or construction is established. AP1000 is large-reactor context.
