FANCO–Floral Energy integrated-power opportunity evaluation
FANCO announced a strategic partnership with Floral Energy to evaluate UK opportunities and potential US projects combining near-term generation with a future EAGL-1 pathway. Work covers site evaluation, technical integration and development planning. Oldbury is a potential site subject to access, feasibility and approvals. Floral’s initial Power Blocks are gas-fired. Their capacity is not a nuclear commitment. Individual projects still require commercial arrangements, financing and approvals. The announcement does not specify which US projects may participate.
