Huaneng Xiapu 600 MW HTGR unit (site plan)
The Xiapu site plan, in the national plan since 2015 and still listed by Ningde city in 2023, includes one 600 MW high-temperature gas-cooled unit beside four large PWRs. No approval, licence or schedule for the HTGR is established; the 2025 Xiapu approval covers Hualong One units, which are outside scope.
