NANO Nuclear microreactors for Digihost's North Tonawanda power plant (2024 MOU)
Labelled microreactor proposal. In December 2024 NANO Nuclear and Digihost signed a non-binding MOU to advance the integration of NANO's microreactors at Digihost's 60 MW power plant in upstate New York (North Tonawanda, per Digihost), covering site assessment, site preparation, a roadmap and eventual definitive agreements, with reactor integration targeted by NANO for 2031. The 60 MW figure is the existing plant, not nuclear capacity. No definitive agreement, licensing or design selection is established.
