Toshiba 4S proposal at Galena, Alaska (mid-2000s)
Historical proposal. In 2006 congressional testimony, Galena's city manager described the city's plan to license, construct and operate a Toshiba 4S plant (10 MW of electricity, built in modules) to replace diesel power. No licence application or construction is established, and later status was not traced in this pass.
