HTR-10 high-temperature gas-cooled test reactor, Tsinghua INET
Test reactor (10 MWt, 2 MWe per NNSA). Built by Tsinghua University's INET, it reached criticality in December 2000 and full power in January 2003. The IAEA Research Reactor Database lists it as operational, but that record was last updated in February 2018, and no dated recent power run was found, so current operation is listed rather than confirmed.
